Privacy Notice

This text has been prepared by MORENO KONSEPT MOBİLYA SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (Moreno Furniture), acting as the Data Controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the relevant regulations under the Law No. 4358 on the Use of Tax Identification Number, Law No. 5549 on the Prevention of Laundering Crime Income, the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, and other related legislation.

The purposes and legal reasons for processing personal data:
At our company, your personal data may be collected, processed, and stored physically and/or electronically within our company archives via various channels, including but not limited to the internet site, verbal, written, visual, or electronic media, in line with the purposes and objectives related to our activities. The personal data may be processed and stored for purposes such as verifying your identity, conducting human resources processes related to our services, planning and managing financing, company operations, risk management, quality improvement, fulfilling legal obligations, relations with contracted institutions and organizations, billing, sharing information with public institutions and organizations in compliance with legal regulations, ensuring data security by taking all necessary technical and administrative measures, developing and improving our services, and providing necessary information as required by regulatory/supervisory authorities.

Within the scope of the relevant regulations, personal data such as identity, address, and other necessary information may be processed for purposes such as identifying the owner of the data, fulfilling transactions on electronic or paper mediums, complying with information storage, reporting, and notification obligations as required by authorized authorities, providing requested services, and fulfilling obligations under agreements entered into.

Our company’s security practices and legitimate interests involve monitoring general work areas and the surrounding building with cameras, and recording the images.

For the purposes mentioned above, personal data may be shared with the following persons/institutions/organizations:
Your personal data may be shared with the Ministry of Health, the Social Security Institution, the General Directorate of Security, law enforcement agencies, the Directorate General of Population, courts, their subunits, all public institutions and organizations with official authority, authorized representatives, lawyers, accountants, and tax consultants, third-party consultants, regulatory and supervisory authorities, business partners, and other third parties in line with our company’s activities and purposes.

Methods and legal reasons for collecting personal data:
Your personal data is collected via various methods, including but not limited to, the agreements/notification forms and other documents you provide with your consent or signature, electronic consent and/or signatures, and notifications you send through our company’s telephone lines, fax, e-mail, website channels, and via verbal, written, or electronic means in full or in part automatically or as part of a non-automated data recording system. This data is collected to enable us to fully fulfill our legal and contractual obligations.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
As a data subject, you have the following rights and may request that we fulfill them by contacting us regarding your personal data:
a) Learn whether your data is being processed,
b) If it is being processed, request information regarding the processing,
c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used appropriately,
ç) Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, both within the country and abroad,
d) Request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrect,
e) Request deletion or destruction of the data, as per the conditions outlined in Article 7 of the KVKK,
f) Request that the third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of the changes as per (d) and (e) above,
g) Object to the result of an exclusively automated analysis that may lead to an unfavorable outcome,
h) In the case of harm resulting from unlawful processing of your data, request compensation for the damage.
